Covid - 19
Plan your visit
In light of the COVID-19 Virus, we’ve added a series of Health & Safety Guidelines to our upcoming events.
The safety and wellbeing of our guests is our priority and we will take all necessary precautions to ensure their continued welfare. As with many businesses, we are actively monitoring the situation with regard to the outbreak of Covid-19 coronavirus. The advice from the health authorities has not changed, therefore, our business is operating as normal and standard terms and conditions on bookings continue to apply.

Attention
Therefore, we ask all prospective attendees to adhere to the following:
If you are planning on visiting the events held by GBX Events from an area that has been directly affected by the coronavirus and if you are showing symptoms similar to those associated with the virus, we please politely ask that you do not visit and instead call NHS 111 for further instruction.
If you have been to a town/city/region affected by the mass outbreak in the last month or are showing any symptoms associated with the virus, please do not register to attend the event. Invitation to those from hotspot regions has been restricted.
We recommend a ‘No Handshakes’ policy is adopted by all attendees and we will be placing hand wash and sanitizer throughout the venue. We encourage all attendees to wash their hands regularly throughout the event.
In order to ensure the safety and well-being of other attendees, any person showing symptoms of flu at the event may be asked to leave.
Again, if you’ve had the sniffles or been to an affected region recently, please sit out this year’s event. We’ll see you next year!

During your visit
During your visit, we wish to reassure you that GBX Events is taking all possible steps to minimize the risk of contagion. We ask all our guests to observe high standards of personal hygiene whilst attending our upcoming events. There are simple things you can do to help prevent the spread of the virus, including:
-
Covering your mouth and nose with a tissue or your sleeve (not your hands) when you cough or sneeze.
-
Putting used tissues in the bin immediately
-
Washing your hands with soap and hot water regularly, and using hand sanitizer gel
-
Trying to avoid close contact with people who are unwell
-
Avoiding touching your eyes, nose or mouth if your hands are not clean.
If you do feel unwell during your visit, please contact a member of staff immediately – maintaining a safe distance of two meters where possible.
Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.
